Wellness - What Is It?
Wellness is generally used to mean a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being. Wellness can be described as a state that combines health and happiness. Wellness can also be described as "the pursuit of a healthy, balanced lifestyle and constant, conscious pursuit of living life to its fullest potential. "Wellness has to be more than just the opposite of sickness. It suggests an 'active' process, through with the individual becomes aware of and makes choices toward a more successful and healthy existence. Wellness is a proactive approach to living an optimal lifestyle.
Definition of Wellness
The simplest way to define wellness is to say that it is a state of overall well-being:
A dynamic state of physical, mental, and social well-being; a way of life which equips the individual to realize the full potential of his/her capabilities and to overcome and compensate for weaknesses; a lifestyle which recognizes the importance of nutrition, physical fitness, stress reduction, and self-responsibility.
Spa - What Is It?
The term SPA is associated with water treatment which is also known as balneotherapy. Spa towns or spa resorts (including hot springs resorts) typically offer thermal or mineral water for drinking and bathing. They also offer various health treatments. Spa is a way to beauty and health via professional body care. This culture appeared not long time ago and has been gaining more and more popularity in the world.

Spa - places devoted to overall well-being through a variety of professional services that encourage the renewal of mind, body and spirit.
Spring or resort with thermal or mineral water for drinking and bathing. Mineral springs usually contain various salts, trace minerals, and gases; many are naturally carbonated. Most thermal springs (see hot spring) also contain minerals. It is commonly claimed, in a commercial context, that the word is an acronym of various Latin phrases such as "Salus Per Aquam” or "Sanitas Per Aquam" meaning "health through water".
A thermal bath is a warm body of water. It is often referred to as a spa, which is traditionally used to mean a place where the water is believed to have special health-giving properties, though note that many spas offer cold water or mineral water treatments.
Spa treatment
A body treatment, spa treatment, or cosmetic treatment is non-medical procedure to help the health of the body. First of all, the spa treatment influences the deep mechanisms in the body, restores the cells, repairs the tissues, while the bio active components of the spa cosmetics improve the metabolism and provide the cell with nutrients that they need.
According to the spa definition, it includes the procedures that are performed on the basis of up-to-date technologies, sophisticated equipment, and new effective products including only natural ingredients.
